SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Service Provider
RX Thinkers Consulting operates this SMS program as part of its own parking coordination service and is the sole sender of all messages sent through its toll-free number. Participating locations do not access or control the number, create or approve message content, or send messages.
2. Service Scope
Our service is limited to pharmacy-specific transactional communications. We do not provide broad parking platform services, gate management, or permit enforcement.
3. Message Content
RX Thinkers Consulting sends nonmarketing parking-related text messages concerning parking directions, access, availability, or changes related to a pharmacy pickup or clinic visit. Messages do not include prescription details, diagnoses, or other sensitive health information.
4. Opt-In and Consent
Individuals opt in directly to RX Thinkers Consulting through an RX-managed consent form. The checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. RX Thinkers receives and retains each person’s affirmative consent before sending any text. Participating locations may make the blank RX form available, but they do not collect or transfer SMS consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase or treatment.
5. Message Frequency
Up to 2 messages may be sent per pharmacy pickup or clinic visit. Message and data rates may apply. Messages are delivered during permitted hours.
6. Carrier and Delivery
Delivery is subject to carrier availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
